DESCRIPTION:Original Town Sculpture Ribbon Cutting\n\n\n\nYou're invited to attend a Ribbon Cutting for the Art Sculptures along the Highway 83 corridor.  On Friday\, November 8th at 12:30 PM we will meet at the First National Bank ATM location at 110 West 13th Street.  From this point\, moving south into Original Town\, eight sculptures line the street.  Locations for the structures are First National Bank\, Bill Summers North\, Lutheran Family Services\, K & M Improvements\, Do It Center\, Kwik Stop\, Safelite Glass\, and Dollar General.  \n\n\n\nThe sculptures were provided by Keep North Platte and Lincoln County Beautiful in part by a grant from Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation and a number of local sponsors.\n\n\n\nAfter a short ceremony\, we invite everyone to walk or drive down street to view all of the sculptures. This is the beginning of an ongoing beautification project for the entire community.  We hope that you can attend and help us celebrate the efforts of all of those who have made it possible to achieve the first phase of a cleaner\, greener\, and more beautiful North Platte.
