About Us

Horizon Builders was founded in 2005 by Josh Rhoads after graduating with my Construction Management Degree from CCC in Hastings. It began as 1 person home remodeling company. Throughout the years we have had adapted and changed in many ways. In 2008-2009 Ashley my Wife joined the company as we started building custom homes and flipping Houses. In 2012-2013 we expanded again as things changed; we started holding real estate for lease. Each year we would build a project to keep for leasing and a build a project to sell for living costs. In 2017-2018 we expanded into building and lease more real estate. Horizon Builders now only builds Condo communities which are leased out once built. We build these communities for other investors and our own company to lease both.
