Accura HealthCare of North Platte is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community focused on delivering exceptional, person-centered care in a warm, welcoming environment. Our campus features 71 skilled nursing facility beds and offers a comprehensive range of services, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, respite, hospice, and palliative care, supported by a dedicated team committed to clinical excellence and meaningful engagement. As part of a true continuum-of-care campus, we are proud to partner with Stonebridge Suites of North Platte, which offers 52 assisted living apartments, allowing individuals to transition seamlessly between levels of care while remaining in a place they know and trust.
